Thai Mis Delicias began in September 2014 as a humble food cart bringing authentic Thai street food to the vibrant streets of NYC. Each dish was crafted with love, bold flavor, and deep respect for tradition—quickly earning a loyal following.

As word spread and demand grew, so did our dreams. We expanded to multiple food trucks, launched full-service catering in 2018, and began serving everything from intimate family gatherings to large-scale corporate events. In 2021 and again in 2024, we proudly welcomed our third and fourth trucks, growing our presence while staying true to what matters most: quality, community, and flavor.

Now, we’re thrilled to introduce Thai Mis Delicias Meal Prep—a fresh and flavorful way to enjoy our signature dishes, delivered straight to your door. Our 24 oz meals are crafted for today’s busy lifestyles: never frozen, made with clean ingredients, and packed with the same soul-warming flavor Chef Luis is known for.
